We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Bring power control back to your Eureka vacuum with this genuine Eureka switch assembly (Part #13740-10). Provided as a finished assembly, it brings together the on/off switch, its mounting and the wired connection into a single replaceable unit for a straightforward repair.

A vacuum that refuses to start, runs only when you wiggle the switch, or shuts off without warning is usually suffering from a worn switch. Installing the complete assembly refreshes the contacts and connections at once, which is the most reliable fix when the original switch has aged or been damaged by heat.
