Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Replace a failed power control with this genuine Eureka switch assembly (Part #61791). Supplied as a complete assembly, it pairs the on/off switch with its mounting and wiring so you can drop in a ready-to-use unit instead of rebuilding a switch from loose components.

When a vacuum won't start, runs only intermittently, or shuts off unexpectedly, a tired switch is the usual culprit. Fitting the full assembly ensures the actuator, contacts and connections are all fresh, which is especially helpful when the original switch and its wiring have both degraded with age and heat.
