Returns & Exchanges

For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Being clear rather than opaque is the point of this cover: a technician can spot blockages, cracked blades, or packed debris around the fan assembly without pulling the housing apart, which matters on a machine that needs to go right back into service the same shift.

A cracked or missing cover disrupts airflow across the fan and drags down suction even when the motor and bag are otherwise fine, and it is an easy fault to miss on a quick visual check because the machine still runs and still picks up debris, just with less pull than it should.
