Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Bring back deep-cleaning performance on your Eureka VGI upright with this 12-inch replacement brush roll. Featuring an all-bristle design, the agitator packs dense rows of stiff bristles end to end for aggressive carpet grooming and superior dirt loosening.

As the brush roll wears down, bristles shorten and the vacuum loses its ability to lift embedded debris. This fresh roller renews that contact with the carpet pile, helping pull out ground-in dirt, pet hair, and fine particles so the airflow can carry them into the bag or bin.
