We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement flat belt drives the brush roll in the Hoover WindTunnel Power Drive upright and ships two belts per package. The belt loops from the motor shaft to the brush roll, turning motor power into the sweeping action that pulls dirt out of carpet.

A worn or stretched belt slips on the pulley, letting the brush roll slow or stop while the motor keeps running, so cleaning drops off well before the belt breaks. Replacing it, and having a spare on hand, keeps the brush roll spinning at full speed and the carpet properly groomed.
