Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part AC38KAXXZ000 is the electrostatic exhaust filter for the Panasonic MC-V5451. Electrostatic media holds a charge that pulls fine particles onto the fibres, so it captures more than the weave alone would while still passing air freely when it is clean.

The catch is that it fills with what it captures. Six to twelve months into a filter's life airflow through it starts to drop, and because it sits on the exhaust side the whole machine feels it: less pull at the nozzle, a higher note from the motor, and duller air coming out.

It drops into its housing in the exhaust path and takes seconds to change. Do it whenever suction has faded and a fresh bag has not brought it back — a loaded exhaust filter is one of the most common causes of that complaint.
