Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement exhaust filter (Part #KC38KEDCZVU0, also sold as #561015136) fits Kenmore models 10135510, 116, and 30604510C. The filter cleans the air on its way out of the vacuum, trapping dust to keep the exhaust clear and suction steady.

When the filter clogs, airflow drops and suction falls off while dirtier air leaves the machine. Replacing it returns airflow and cleaning power to normal.
