Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement exhaust filter fits the Tornado CV38 and CV30 commercial vacuums and captures fine dust before the air leaves the machine. It sits in the exhaust path, keeping collected debris inside and cleaning the air the vacuum returns to the room.

As the filter loads with dust, airflow drops and suction falls, and a neglected filter can let particles pass back out with the exhaust. Swapping in a clean filter restores airflow and keeps the exhaust clean in busy commercial use.
