Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement exhaust vent plate (Part #R13430, R7285) fits Rexair Rainbow E and E2 water-filtration vacuums and also fits D5 models. Mounted at the exhaust, the plate directs air out of the machine cleanly after it has passed through the water filtration.

A vent plate that is cracked, warped, or no longer sealing lets exhaust air escape where it should not and can disrupt the intended airflow path. A fresh plate restores a proper seal and directs exhaust the way the design intends.

  • Fits: Rainbow E (1 Speed, serial 9000000+), E2 (1 Speed, 9000000+), E2 (2 Speed, 1000000-1500000), D5
  • Function: directs and seals the exhaust airflow, replaces R7285
  • Benefit: proper exhaust routing and a clean seal
  • Tip: replace if the plate is cracked, warped, or no longer seats flat
