Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This clear extraction nozzle (Part #601126) fits the NaceCare GVE370 extractor. The transparent nozzle lets you see debris and moisture pass through as you clean, so you can judge progress on carpet and upholstery in real time.

A cracked or clouded nozzle disrupts the recovery of water and soil and can leak air at the connection, which weakens extraction and leaves surfaces wetter than they should be.
