Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Koblenz U110 DC motor fan assembly (Part #45-0524-4) is a Lexan replacement fan for Koblenz machines using part 8602. Mounted on the motor shaft, the fan spins to move air through the vacuum and create the suction that lifts dirt from the floor.

A fan that cracks, chips, or wears loses its ability to move air, so suction drops and the machine may run loud or vibrate. The tough Lexan construction resists impact, and a fresh fan restores full airflow and quiet, balanced operation.
