Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part B386-1700 is a direct-air fan for Riccar and Simplicity upright vacuums, the impeller that turns with the motor shaft to move the airflow that lifts dirt into the bag.

Once a blade chips, cracks or warps, pickup drops off fast and the fan can start knocking the whole assembly out of balance, sending a vibration straight into the motor bearings the longer it keeps running. A properly balanced replacement brings the airflow and the quiet running back together.

Check the old impeller for chipped or cracked blade tips before you reinstall it out of habit, since a fan that looks fine from one angle can still be damaged on the trailing edge that does most of the work.
