Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This black female 2-prong plug (Part #32-5632-64) repairs a damaged power cord without replacing the whole cord, and it fits most residential vacuums using 2-prong power connections. It is a Statite-style plug that makes a solid electrical connection at the cord end.

When the original plug cracks, melts, or loses its grip on the male end, the vacuum can cut out or refuse to run. Splicing on a fresh plug gets the machine running again quickly and safely, and it costs far less than a complete cord assembly. A secure connection here also removes a nagging shock and reliability risk.
