Product details

Fiber washers for the Eureka Lexan fan, part 20-8625-04. Two are used per fan and they are supplied to that count.

They look like nothing and they matter a great deal. The washers set how the fan sits on the motor shaft and cushion it against the shoulder and the nut, so the plastic is clamped evenly instead of being pinched at one point. Reuse a flattened pair and the fan can end up sitting a fraction out of true, which is enough to start a vibration or crack the hub around the bore.

They cost almost nothing next to a fan or a motor, so fit new ones any time the fan comes off, and keep the order of assembly exactly as you found it.
