Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement fill tube fits Kirby uprights from the Heritage through the Ultimate Diamond, including model 2582. The tube carries airflow and debris between the vacuum unit and the attachment connection, keeping the suction path continuous.

A cracked, kinked, or leaking fill tube bleeds off suction and reduces cleaning power at the tool end. Inspecting the tube for splits and swapping in a sound replacement restores a sealed, flexible path so the machine pulls at full strength.
