Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Built for the Filter Queen Defender air purifier, this 7-inch EnviroPure charcoal wrap filter (Part #4404009100) is a replacement carbon wrap that fits the Defender AM4000, Defender 4000, Defender D360, Defender DP360, and Defender D11. It surrounds the main filter and adds a layer of activated-charcoal odor control to the purifier's airflow.

Carbon wraps lose their odor-absorbing capacity over time and can grow dingy as they collect airborne particles, leaving a room smelling stale even while the unit runs. Fitting a fresh wrap restores odor reduction and keeps the Defender filtering the way it was designed to.
