Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement foam filter fits Bissell PowerForce, PowerGroom, and Helix bagless vacuums, including the PowerForce 98N4 series, PowerGroom 1240 series, Helix Turbo 68C7, and Helix Rewind 12B1. It is also sold as part #32R9, and it captures dust and particles to hold suction and protect the motor.

A foam filter that is clogged, compressed, or discolored either restricts airflow or lets grit slip past to the motor, and either way suction and cleaning fall off. Foam that no longer springs back has reached the end of its life. Rinsing or replacing it restores airflow and shields the motor.

  • Function: washable pre-motor foam filter
  • Benefit: maintains suction and protects the motor
  • Tip: rinse monthly and dry fully before refitting

Rinse or swap it and seat it in the original slot for a direct fit. Replace every 6 to 9 months, or sooner if it stays compressed or discolored.
