Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM HF-5 HEPA filter (Part #F943, also sold as #21-2352-01) fits the Eureka C5712A and C5712A1 and the Sanitaire C5712A and C5712A1 5740 uprights. It intercepts dust, pollen, and fine particulate before it escapes through the exhaust.

A clean filter is one of the biggest factors in vacuum performance. As it clogs, it strains the motor and cuts cleaning power, and a grey or packed filter lets fine dust back into the room. A fresh OEM element restores airflow and clean exhaust.
