This replacement filter fits Eureka stick vacuums, including model 169, and is also offered as part #61544B-6. It traps dust and debris in the airflow path to keep suction steady and exhaust air cleaner while you clean.

As a filter loads with fine dust its airflow drops, and a clogged filter is the usual reason a stick vacuum loses suction over time. A saturated element also lets finer dust slip back into the room. Swapping in a fresh filter restores airflow and clean output.
