We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement Austin Air HEGA filter ships with a white prefilter and fits Austin Air unit 2378. The white prefilter catches larger airborne debris first, while the HEGA element handles the finer filtration stage inside the air cleaner.

As both layers load with captured particles, airflow through the unit drops and the machine cleans a smaller volume of air for the same run time. Fitting a fresh HEGA filter and prefilter restores airflow and returns the air cleaner to its full effectiveness.
