Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. F622 is the post-motor HEPA filter for Dyson's DC40 ball upright, and the same filter serves the DC42, the UP16 and UP19 machines, and the Light Ball and Slim Ball uprights. It measures 6.08 inches across with a 1.75-inch center hole.

Dyson uprights lose suction to filters long before they lose it to anything mechanical. When this one saturates the air backs up: the machine runs hotter, the pitch changes, and a badly clogged one will cut out partway through a room and refuse to restart until it has cooled.

Pop the old filter out of its housing, check the diameter and the center hole against the figures above, and fit the replacement. The DC40 family covers the Animal, Multi Floor, Total Clean and Origin trims, and all of them take this filter.
