Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Cross-referenced to Shark's own XHF650, part F662 covers a wide span of Shark uprights: the NV650, 651, 652, 750, and 751 by name, with the same filter also listed as a fit for the NV752, 831, 835, and AX951.

A filter carrying a full load of trapped dust shows up first as fading suction and a faintly dusty smell at the exhaust vent, well before there is any change in how the motor itself sounds.
