Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement Hoover exhaust HEPA filter (Part #F918) fits the Hoover U6425 WindTunnel upright. It is the final filtration stage, cleaning the air the vacuum returns to the room.

A clogged HEPA filter restricts airflow, which drags down suction, and it lets fine dust escape through the exhaust rather than trapping it. That matters most for allergy and asthma sufferers. This element captures 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns, so a fresh one restores both clean air and full pickup.
