Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 611006101 is the replacement filter for the Kenmore 31510 and 31510.1 robot vacuum. It drops into the dust bin and is the only thing between the debris the robot collects and its motor.

A robot filter loads faster than an upright's, because the bin is tiny and the machine runs most days. When it clogs the robot still drives its full pattern, but leaves grit behind on every pass - the app says the job is finished and the floor says otherwise. A filter that stays grey after tapping it out, or has gone stiff and misshapen, is done.

Seat it fully in its frame so no air sneaks around the edge of the media, and plan on a fresh one every six to nine months if the robot runs on a regular schedule.
