Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement charcoal filter media (part #32-2325-61) is a universal 12 by 12 inch square sheet that you cut to size for a wide range of vacuum cleaners. The charcoal-infused material traps dust and particles while absorbing odors as air passes through it.

When exhaust smells musty or airflow feels weak, a loaded or aged filter is often the cause. Cutting in a fresh piece of charcoal media restores cleaner-smelling exhaust and proper airflow through the machine.
