Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the pre-motor filter for the Bissell Zing bagged canister, model 4122, part 2038426. It sits between the bag and the motor and catches the fine dust that gets through the paper, making it the last line of defense before the motor fan.

Worth knowing: this filter used to come inside the bag packs and no longer does, so it now has to be bought separately. That change catches people out, and plenty of Zings are still running the filter they left the factory with.

A clogged pre-motor filter chokes airflow just as effectively as a full bag, and a dirty one lets grit through to the motor. If suction has dropped and a fresh bag did not fix it, this is the next thing to check. One filter per pack, sized for the 4122 canister.
