We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. F670 is the pre-motor foam and felt set for Shark's Rotator Powered Lift-Away Speed uprights, the NV680, NV681, NV682, NV800, NV801 and NV803, and the APEX DuoClean Powered Lift-Away AX950. It takes the place of Shark's XFF680 kit.

Foam and felt work as a pair: the foam takes the bulk of what escapes the dust cup, the felt catches what gets through the foam. Run either one clogged and the Lift-Away loses suction at the floor head while the motor labors against the restriction.

The foam stands 1-7/8 inches tall, and Shark used several similar-looking sets across this range, so measure the one in your machine before ordering. Rinse in warm water, dry completely, and replace the set every 6 to 9 months or when the foam stops recovering its shape.
