We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

This replacement Hoover primary filter (Part #F652, also sold as #303903001) fits the Hoover UH70400 WindTunnel Air upright. It sits in the primary filtration path, holding dust and debris while maintaining airflow to the motor.

As the filter loads, suction drops and the exhaust air carries more fine dust than it should. A neglected filter also lets grit reach the motor, which shortens its life. Fitting a clean primary filter restores both pickup and cleaner exhaust.
