We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part SC-FH5 is a pleated HEPA cartridge built for the Sanyo SC-X1000P, standing in for the cartridge the machine shipped with and handling the final filtration stage before the vacuum exhausts air back into the room.

A pleated cartridge offers a large surface area folded into a small housing, which gives it a long service life, but that same folded surface loads gradually and unevenly with use. Airflow narrows as the pleats fill, suction fades even while the motor runs at normal speed, and a fully loaded cartridge can eventually let fine particles pass through rather than trapping them.
