Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Between the dirt tank and the motor of a Bissell bagless upright sits a set of circular pre-motor filters, and part 32R9 is the style 16 replacement set. They are the motor's last line of defence, so they load with fine dust long before anything downstream does.

Loaded pre-motor filters are the usual reason a bagless Bissell loses suction after a year or two. The machine runs, the brush roll turns, but the floor tool stops gripping and the motor note climbs as it fights for air.

Our fitment data lists this set for the CleanView Helix 21K3, 22C1 and 82H1. Rinse foam elements in warm water and let them dry completely before refitting, and replace the set outright once the foam stays compressed or discoloured after washing.
