We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part RH1000-P008 is the filter support and diffuser listed for the Readivac RH1000 Storm hand vacuum. It ships as one combined piece, so ordering it replaces the support and the diffuser insert together rather than as two separate purchases.

A diffuser of this kind works alongside the filter to keep loose dust and grit heading into the dirt cup instead of drifting back out with the exhaust. Once the plastic support cracks or warps, or the diffuser vents clog with fine grit, a hand vacuum can start losing its hold on dust while the motor still runs and sounds normal, which is what makes this kind of wear easy to miss until dust starts showing up where it should not.
