Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Koblenz WD-330 / PV3000 wet/dry paper filter bags (Part #45-0389-2) are replacement bags for Koblenz wet/dry and all-purpose vacuums, sold three to a pack with a retaining rubber band. Each bag lines the tank to capture dry debris while protecting the motor during pickup.

As a filter bag fills or dampens, airflow drops and suction weakens, and a torn bag lets grit reach the motor. Fresh bags keep suction strong and shield the motor through both wet and dry work.
