Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Fit All 40-foot light grey power cord is a 2-wire replacement cable for rewiring vacuums whose original cord has cracked, shorted, or worn through. Built with 17/2 gauge copper conductors, it carries the current needed for upright and canister vacuum motors while staying flexible enough to coil and store without memory kinks.

The light grey jacket blends in on lighter-colored machines and resists scuffing during daily cleaning routes. At 40 feet, it gives extra reach across larger rooms and hallways without unplugging and re-plugging as often.
