Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Fit All FA3851-5 is a curved chrome-plated metal hose end designed to terminate a central or canister vacuum hose at the wand or accessory connection. Its gentle curve keeps the wand at a comfortable angle so you can reach low and high surfaces without bending the hose, while the polished chrome finish resists corrosion and wipes clean.

This version is fitted with a 1-3/8" light grey cuff and includes the AFR (Air Flow Restrictor / relief) feature for controlled suction. The blow/lock (B/L) style end seats securely so the hose stays connected during normal use.
