Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is a Fit All replacement power nozzle with a 12 inch cleaning path, finished in black and fitted with an LED headlamp, distributor reference T5 / DS1601 and stocked as part 32-4801-05. It is built as a stand-in for the Beam RugMaster Plus power nozzle used on Beam central vacuum systems. This is an aftermarket replacement, not an original Beam-branded nozzle.

A power nozzle earns its keep on carpet, and the brush roll and drive belt inside are what actually agitate the pile rather than the suction alone. Once either one wears down, the nozzle rolls across the carpet without lifting embedded dirt even though the rest of the system is still pulling full suction, and the headlamp is usually the first thing to burn out or go dim well before the mechanical parts fail.

Confirm the coupling and cleaning path against your existing nozzle before ordering, since central vacuum power nozzles are not built to one universal fitting standard.
