Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These compatible replacement FJM paper bags use a plastic collar and allergen filtration to fit Miele canisters that take the FJM bag, including the Miele 2408. The pack contains five bags, each sealing to the inlet to trap dust and fine particles.

A full or torn bag lets airflow fall and pushes dirt back into the home rather than capturing it. The micro filtration media holds fine dust and allergens for cleaner exhaust. Replacing bags before they overfill keeps both suction and filtration strong.
