We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This flat replacement belt for the Oreck U8000 lightweight upright drives the brush roll that does the carpet cleaning. Power runs from the motor through the belt to the roller, which agitates carpet fibers so dirt lifts free.

A worn or broken belt means the brush roll cannot agitate the carpet, and dirt simply stays behind. Because belts stretch and lose tension over time, the smart practice is to replace yours every three to six months, or right away if the brush roll stops spinning.
