We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the flat Type R belt for the Eureka Ultra Smart upright, ordered as 18910.1. It is a plain flat belt, not a geared one, and it transfers drive from the motor shaft to the brush roll by friction alone.

That is exactly why flat belts are consumables. Rubber stretches with heat and use, tension falls away, and the belt starts to slip on the shaft under load. Long before it snaps you will smell hot rubber partway through a room, or notice the brush roll turning slowly, or not at all, while the motor runs at full speed and the carpet stays flat behind you.

A fresh belt at the correct tension puts the brush back to full speed. Fitting is tool-free on most Eureka uprights: lift the brush roll out, loop the new belt over the motor shaft and drop the roll back into its end seats.
