The FlipCut, part TFCOUPE3, is a hand tool built to cut 2 in. PVC pipe used in central vacuum tubing runs.

Rather than a hacksaw or a full-size ratchet cutter, the FlipCut wraps around the pipe and closes with a squeezing action, scoring and cutting through the wall of 2 in. PVC in a few passes. It is small enough to carry room to room during a rough-in, and because the blade travels around the pipe rather than being dragged across it by hand, the cut it leaves comes out straighter and more consistently square than a freehand hacksaw cut.
