Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Hoover Renewal Luxury Vinyl floor cleaning formula comes in a 64-ounce bottle for use in the Hoover PowerDash Pet Hard Floor machine and FloorMate Series machines. The concentrated solution is formulated for luxury vinyl and vinyl floors and lifts grime and sticky messes in high-traffic areas.

Hard floors in kitchens and entryways collect grease, spills, and tracked-in dirt that plain water leaves behind and can dull the finish. Running the correct formula through your machine breaks down that buildup and leaves the floor clean with a citrus breeze scent.

  • For use in: Hoover PowerDash Pet Hard Floor and FloorMate Series machines
  • Surfaces: luxury vinyl, vinyl, sealed tile, laminate, sealed hardwood
  • Quantity: 64-ounce concentrated bottle
  • Tip: safe around children and pets when used as directed

Dilute and add the formula to your machine's clean-water tank per the machine instructions. Confirm your floor type and machine before use so the concentrated solution matches your surfaces and cleans them safely.
