Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. CF-2 is the foam filter that sits in the door of a Kenmore upright, and this two-pack, part 910, replaces it. Two is the right number to own: one goes in the machine while the other dries after a wash.

Foam of this kind is washable up to a point. Rinse it warm, squeeze rather than wring, and let it dry completely before it goes back - fitting a damp filter is how a vacuum ends up smelling of mildew. After enough cycles the foam compresses and stops springing back, and at that point it is restricting air rather than filtering it.

The signs of a tired door filter are familiar enough: suction that fades over a few weeks, a motor that sounds like it is straining, and dust showing on the exhaust side. A fresh one takes seconds to fit.
