Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Koblenz AL-1225 foam filter (Part #12-0490-8) is a replacement wet/dry vacuum filter for Koblenz shop vacuums, cross-referenced to Koblenz 1225. It shields the motor from debris during both wet and dry pickup, and it is the type of filter required for wet vacuuming where paper filters cannot be used.

A foam filter that has torn, compressed, or lost its springy shape no longer protects the motor or seals properly, letting debris through. Fitting a fresh filter restores full protection and airflow.
