Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part DVCF808 is a foam filter set for the early Shark Rocket stick vacuum, sized for the HV319Q, HV320, UV330 and UV425. Foam sits ahead of the motor on these machines and takes the larger debris out of the airstream before it reaches the impeller.

Several different Rocket foam sets circulate under different part numbers, and the model lists attached to them do not overlap cleanly. Nothing published under DVCF808 confirms a piece count or extends the fit past the four models above, so those four are the claim this listing makes.
