Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement fork bolt tube spring (part #1005A) fits the Kirby 505 Omega handle fork and is sold as a five-pack. The spring maintains tension on the fork bolt tube so the handle holds its set position.
