Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement fork spring (part #1001) fits the handle fork used on OEM models #505 through #515. The spring works inside the handle fork to hold tension and keep the handle set at the position you choose.

A fork spring that is stretched, weakened, or broken lets the handle drift, flop, or fail to lock, which makes the machine awkward and tiring to guide. A weak spring can also let the handle drop unexpectedly. A fresh spring restores firm handle tension and secure positioning.
