Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Sold as a resealable 6-pack, these Fresh Wave lavender pearl packs neutralize odors naturally using a blend of plant-based oils. Each small pack is made to be tucked wherever smells collect, working continuously to absorb and break down odor rather than mask it.

Musty drawers, closets, wastebaskets, and trash cans hold onto odors that sprays only cover for a while. Placing a pearl pack in the space pulls those odors down at the source, and each pack keeps working for roughly 30 to 60 days before it needs replacing.
