Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This friction turbo brush (Part #103608) is a replacement 1-1/2 inch, 11 inch wide, wand-style tool for the ProTeam 4825. Airflow through the tool spins an internal brush roll that agitates carpet as you clean.

An air-driven turbo tool digs dirt out of carpet fibers that suction alone leaves behind, but a worn belt or clogged brush roll stops the roll from spinning and the agitation stops with it. A fresh turbo brush restores powered brushing across carpets and area rugs.
