Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Every bag change on an AUTOMATIC X7 goes through this panel. Part 51051DRSB is the complete red front cover for that machine, the face of the vacuum that opens to reach the dust bag and closes over the compartment again afterwards.

It leads a harder life than most of the mouldings on an upright. It is handled at every service, it is the surface that meets a chair leg or a door frame when the machine is steered around a room, and it carries a latch that has to keep working after years of opening and closing. In time it collects scuffs, cracks around the hinge or catch, and eventually stops closing squarely, at which point the bag compartment is no longer properly shut and the machine looks tired even while it runs well. Because this cover is supplied complete, the moulding and its integrated fittings arrive together, so the front of the machine is renewed in one operation rather than assembled from separate clips and trim.

There is a practical argument for changing it before it becomes urgent. A cover that no longer shuts firmly puts extra work on the latch, and a latch under strain is the next thing to break, usually at the least convenient moment with a full bag inside. Cosmetics matter here too: on a machine that will be in service for years, the front panel is the part everyone sees, and a clean one keeps a well-maintained vacuum looking the part.
