Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. A Kenmore 31510 steers on two driven wheels and coasts on a single caster at the front. Part 611006117 replaces that front swivel wheel on the 31510 and 31510.1.

It is a hair magnet. Long hair wraps the axle, the wheel stops swivelling, and then it skids instead of rolling: the robot judders through turns, veers off a straight line, drags on a rug edge, or stalls against a threshold it used to cross without thinking. A caster worn flat on one side does much the same thing and can scuff a finished floor while it is at it.

Pull the old assembly out, clear anything wrapped around the post while you are in there, and press the new one in until it clicks. It should spin and swivel with no resistance at all.
