Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Forward motion at the nozzle end of an Oreck XL-3700 upright rides on two identical front wheels, and this listing is the matched pair, each one inch in diameter and sized to press directly onto the machine's existing front axle stubs.
Because these wheels see constant rolling contact and carry the front of the nozzle housing, uneven wear is common. Once one wheel develops a flat spot or its plastic hub starts to crack, the nozzle no longer sits level, and the whole machine begins pulling gently to one side as you push it. On hardwood or tile in particular, a wheel edge that has gone rough or chipped can leave a faint scuff trail behind the machine with every pass, even when the floor itself was perfectly clean beforehand.
Because both wheels typically log the same hours of use, replacing them together rather than swapping just the obviously worn one keeps the nozzle riding level on both sides rather than trading one problem for a smaller version of the same issue a few months down the road.
